Loving what you do and feeling it matters is very fulfilling. As my direct work unfolds most of the time on the "hidden stage" and it's composed of rather humble tasks, I've learned to enjoy, celebrate and take pride in all my accomplishments, no matter how unpretentious they are.

This is a terrific place to work! I've been with NSDA since 2001 and have always valued the close working environment I have with everyone as well as the opportunity to envision and implement the best IT solutions for the firm and it's clients.
Starting my design career as graphic designer, I quickly realized my fascination with print media and brand design. Wanting a more hands-on approach, I apprenticed as a carpenter; this allowed me to not only lend my ideas to design, but see the results at the end of a work day. Amalgamating both careers, I am pursuing my ambition to become an architect, with an interest in both remediation and adaptive-reuse architecture.

Since joining NSDA in 2001, the firm has expanded and adapted to the challenge of an architectural practice. This learning and growing environment has made the workplace engaging and stimulating.
At NSDA, through outstanding teamwork and communication, we support each other, relying heavily on the skills, talents and experience of the people in the office to make informed decisions. We deliberately extend and engage this same philosophy to the clients, consultants and contractors we work with in order to deliver a project that is on time, on budget, that everyone is proud of from start to finish. A successful project is one that makes a qualitative difference in the life experience of the end user. This is a process I love being involved with.
